Agenda
At the start, after ascertaining that quorum is present, the members present will collectively agree upon and select a chairman for the meeting by mutual consensus, without holding any election.
Then, the following Agenda points will be taken up:
- Adoption of Audited Accounts for FY 2025-26
- Election of new EC members
- Discussion on the modalities for handing over the furniture/equipment of SDC to the SKBRC
- Future role of GSAA and any other point as approved by Chairman of the meeting
