May be his parents are rich or otherwise ,It will be good to see a student stop depending on their parents after
his schooling and is into college .
It’s a wonderful idea to make students self reliant and pursue higher education with their own earnings!
But in our country , there are few part time jobs available for students to make enough money for paying college
fee , buy books , remit exam fee and bare travel expenses .
GSAA wants to create those opportunities for our students in coordination with some manufacturers of
innovative products like solar roofs and OWM products. Students will be trained to identify potential customers
explain the product concept in their leisure time and secure orders to earn commission. As such, it will be a win –
win situation for students & manufacturer.

Limitations :
* Earning should be just sufficient to meet their needs.
* work hours should be limited and shall not interrupt their studies .
* Ensue money earned is spent meticulously for study related expenses only.
* Parents acceptance is a must .
Eligibility :
* Minimum college attendance of 70%.
* No backlogs.
* Students will continue focus on education lest he should be dropped from the project.
* Students will learn sales techniques and be productive.
Methodology :
* We will identify eligible students willing to to participate and obtain permission from their parents.
* We will form students living in the neighbourhood in to teams.
* Each team will have 10 students.
* One senior student will act as leader of the team .
* GSAA will train the students on sales techniques .
* Students will sell the product and earn commission.
* Faculty members / Alumni will supervise funds flow.
